Seasonal flowers, foliage and flowering branches
are the signature of our work
Our 13 acre beautiful flower farm is situated in the rural location of our childhood in Northamptonshire.
We create bespoke arrangements from our (harvested) cutting garden, flowering foliage, apple orchard, herb garden, meadow flowers, mature woodland and edible hedgerows.
We use seasonal fresh and dried materials to create beautiful arrangements.
Our Wedding flowers include button holes, boutonnières, headdresses, hat pieces, place settings and cake decorations.
Our funeral & farewell pieces can be picked from your garden. We use our own willow and birch as well as other sustainable materials to construct these very personal tributes.
We sell seasonal fresh flowers from the farm gate.
We grow seasonal flowers for florists.
We create bespoke arrangements, including table arrangements and other designs for various functions. Simple pieces to say thank you, welcome, good luck, a proposal and the arrival of a new baby, to name but a few.
Seasonal wreaths and garlands of all colours and textures.
We can provide a team building experience, a birthday celebration, or just an enjoyable opportunity to learn a floral skill, shared with friends. We will provide the venue, the materials, a lunch or afternoon tea to be enjoyed in the beautiful grounds of our flower farm and orchard.
We will deliver within a 5 mile radius, for an additional charge.
As a working farm we are only open to visits by prior arrangement, this includes a collection, an appointment or advertised event, from the farm gate.
As a qualified florist, Emma and her family, just like the wildlife we share our farm with, we forage. We search for fragrance, colour, texture, shape and variety amongst an abundance of petals, leaves, branches and berries.
In springtime we are spoilt with the vast colours of the bright yellow daffodils and the mixed tulips, the soft gentle blossoms in the orchard and amongst the mixed hedgerows.
We buzz into the summer months with a rainbow of meadow flowers, an explosion of sweet peas, an abundance of swaying summer flowers and heavenly fragranced old English roses.
A glorious crop of Dahlias leads us towards the Autumn cascade of rusty reds, plums, oranges and yellows. This is the scene across the farmland.
Being ‘country mice’ we are conservationists. Wherever possible we use our own organic materials to create the structure for our creations as well as building unique pieces as props from something we have grown, or found or that has fallen on our farm. We are passionate about the environment in which we live and work. We therefore practise a no dig approach amongst our flower beds. Natures confetti, we mulch during the autumnal months. We barrow manure from our many muck heaps for much of the winter into spring.
We sell flowers from the farm gate (“the Colonels barn”) throughout the seasons including made to order ‘Christmas wreaths’ and beautiful Christmas trees of all sizes.
As our farm becomes more established we hope to offer small workshops held in our big barn for training days, birthdays and other special events. Our aim is offer a fabulous floral experience, to enjoy a delicious lunch or afternoon tea and to picnic anywhere on the farm.
We are privileged to offer Littleworth Flower Farm as a site for children and young people to access as part of their education through their school, college or other organised group.
We are proud to be members of ‘Flowers from the Farm’.
